Fast response fast fix but the parts were under $20 and the bill was $290 . I know a company has to make money to stay in business but I think its was a little steep.

If you need an issue to be worked on, call these folks. We have used them several times in the last several years and I can't say enough good things. Honest, responsive and the work is completed for a fair price. We have recommended them to friends who also sing their praises. The tech even remembered the mustang that we had. Y'all, On Point Service Company saved the day again! My A/C has been out. It just wasn't cooling. I emailed Tara yesterday afternoon and she sent a technician out this morning! Josh, the technician, was friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted a price and got right to work! He had to pull the A/C apart, clean it and put it back together and did it in 3 hours! The price I was quoted is what I paid. No extra fees or mystery charges! I will continue to used this local company!

I have 2 central units and both of my units have been replaced by this company and when I say they are truly amazing. They really are. I 100% would recommend them. They also have fixed my moms house and my mother in laws house and all three of us are happy customers. And on top of that the staff has the best customer service as well. 💜💜💜

The apartment complex we live at made the first contact attempt. Still, every interaction was pleasant and professional, and they put in every effort to get the AC up and running, which, in TX summer, was greatly appreciated! We will definitely remember this when we move to our own place.
