A tripped breaker, a bad capacitor, a failed contactor, or a float switch shutting the system off because the drain line is clogged. Capacitors and contactors are the most common parts we replace in summer — usually a one-visit fix.
A frozen system almost always means restricted airflow or low refrigerant. Turn the system off and the fan on, and call us — running it frozen can damage the compressor, the most expensive part in the unit.

Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. When it’s 103° and the house is climbing past 85, that isn’t always soon enough — call us and ask about same-day or after-hours availability confirm emergency policy. A Waco system does more work in one summer than a Midwest system does in three. From late May the condenser runs 12 to 16 hours a day in 95–105° heat, pulling in dust, cottonwood fluff and lawn clippings. Three things follow:
Our soil is fine and dusty, and the outdoor coil clogs fast. A dirty condenser coil can’t reject heat, pressures climb, and the compressor works harder than it should. A dirty indoor coil or neglected filter does the same thing from the other side. A spring coil cleaning prevents a July breakdown more reliably than anything else.
Texas humidity means your evaporator coil pulls gallons of water out of the air every day. Algae grows in the drain line, the line clogs, and either the float switch shuts the system down or the pan overflows into the attic. We clear and treat the line on every service call.
Annual maintenance — coil cleaning, refrigerant check, electrical test, drain treatment — catches most of this before it becomes an emergency. Ask about a tune-up when you call; it’s the cheapest visit we make. Heating season questions? See furnace repair.
Parts we install carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our labor is warrantied confirm term, e.g. 1 year. If a repair we made fails inside that window, we come back and make it right at no charge. We’ll write the terms on your invoice so there’s nothing to remember.

I have AHS insurance and they called this company to repair my refrigerator (only refrigerator I have too) they came out no problem to access the problem then supposedly told AHS right away the problem on May 9,23 I had just had knee surgery and was supposed to keep my knee iced down(but not without a freezer!) it took almost two weeks to order and receiver part so after tracking the part they received the part on May 19,23 at noon, I called the office promptly to see if there was anyway I could get it fixed Friday afternoon, and the RUDE lady who answers their phone and schedules all appoints said no not on a Friday! I said I’ll pay extra I really need my fridge it’s been over two weeks and I can’t keep food ICE or nothing at this point and it’s ridiculous she said too bad! On Monday at 8:10am she calls and said they can be out there in an hour, I said I’m at work I cannot just leave work at the hospital I have to have it planned she said well too bad I’ll call tomorrow, I said well can we schedule it I have a job and you can’t just leave the hospital I have to ask off and get it approved she said we don’t do appoints unless you are paying us and you didn’t your using your AHS so we don’t schedule appoints for you so you’ll have to just be there when we are available! I said seriously I need my fridge! She said yep that’s how we work! I hung up I don’t have time for rude customer service!!!! Never use them again!

Thomas BarkerY'all, On Point Service Company saved the day again! My A/C has been out. It just wasn't cooling. I emailed Tara yesterday afternoon and she sent a technician out this morning! Josh, the technician, was friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted a price and got right to work! He had to pull the A/C apart, clean it and put it back together and did it in 3 hours! The price I was quoted is what I paid. No extra fees or mystery charges! I will continue to used this local company!
