Y'all, On Point Service Company saved the day again! My A/C has been out. It just wasn't cooling. I emailed Tara yesterday afternoon and she sent a technician out this morning! Josh, the technician, was friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted a price and got right to work! He had to pull the A/C apart, clean it and put it back together and did it in 3 hours! The price I was quoted is what I paid. No extra fees or mystery charges! I will continue to used this local company!

The work is professional done. No bs. All techs are professionally trained and were very helpful in helping understand the problem also they were able to work with me on the bill. If you need an issue to be worked on, call these folks. We have used them several times in the last several years and I can't say enough good things. Honest, responsive and the work is completed for a fair price. We have recommended them to friends who also sing their praises. The tech even remembered the mustang that we had. CAll these folks when in need, they will help you for a fair amount. They just did it again. Awesome 😎

I have 2 central units and both of my units have been replaced by this company and when I say they are truly amazing. They really are. I 100% would recommend them. Fast response fast fix but the parts were under $20 and the bill was $290 . I know a company has to make money to stay in business but I think its was a little steep.
