Same-day air conditioning repair across Belton, Morgan’s Point and Nolanville. Flat price before we start, every major brand, 40 minutes from our McGregor shop.
When the air conditioning fails in Belton, the lake doesn’t help much. On Point Service Company repairs residential and light-commercial AC systems across Belton, Lake Belton, Morgan’s Point and Nolanville — same-day when you call early, flat price before we start, every major brand.
We’re based in McGregor, roughly 40 minutes northwest via 317 and 36. We run Belton and Temple calls together, which keeps a technician in Bell County most days rather than making you wait for a truck from Waco.
We cover the whole city — downtown and the historic district, the neighborhoods off Loop 121 and Lake Road, Dog Ridge, the new builds out toward Three Creeks and Mustang Springs, and the lake communities: Morgan’s Point Resort, Lake Belton’s west shore and Nolanville. Rural properties off FM 439 and FM 2410 are fine too — tell us where you are and we’ll confirm the window.

Homes near Lake Belton and Stillhouse Hollow run a little different from Waco systems. Higher humidity off the water means condensate drain lines clog faster and indoor coils stay wet longer — we treat the drain on every Belton call. Larger lots mean longer line sets and more exposure; a slow refrigerant leak on a 50-foot run is a common Belton diagnosis. And with a lot of new construction in the area, we see plenty of builder-grade units that were never properly charged or balanced on day one — if your three-year-old system has never cooled the back bedrooms, that’s often why.
If your Belton system is past saving we’ll show you the repair-vs-replace numbers side by side — see AC replacement and financing. We also handle furnace and heating repair in Belton through the winter.
If you need an issue to be worked on, call these folks. We have used them several times in the last several years and I can't say enough good things. Honest, responsive and the work is completed for a fair price. We have recommended them to friends who also sing their praises. The tech even remembered the mustang that we had. CAll these folks when in need, they will help you for a fair amount. They just did it again. Awesome 😎
Chris and the On Point guys have been NOTHING BUT AWESOME for ~5 years now for us. Our new build, our Airbnb they always comes as quickly as possible and never let us down. FAST, efficient, & AMAZING quality. These guys know what they’re doing. We’re so thankful for them!
When I called they showed up in 20 minutes. We called to have them repair a refrigerator and he had it done in less than 15 minutes. Works perfectly now! Thank you On Point!

I would definitely recommend ON POINT for any of ur appliance or air conditioning troubles.if u just have questions just give them a call and let Chris,Tara and their team help you.
I have AHS insurance and they called this company to repair my refrigerator (only refrigerator I have too) they came out no problem to access the problem then supposedly told AHS right away the problem on May 9,23 I had just had knee surgery and was supposed to keep my knee iced down(but not without a freezer!) it took almost two weeks to order and receiver part so after tracking the part they received the part on May 19,23 at noon, I called the office promptly to see if there was anyway I could get it fixed Friday afternoon, and the RUDE lady who answers their phone and schedules all appoints said no not on a Friday! I said I’ll pay extra I really need my fridge it’s been over two weeks and I can’t keep food ICE or nothing at this point and it’s ridiculous she said too bad! On Monday at 8:10am she calls and said they can be out there in an hour, I said I’m at work I cannot just leave work at the hospital I have to have it planned she said well too bad I’ll call tomorrow, I said well can we schedule it I have a job and you can’t just leave the hospital I have to ask off and get it approved she said we don’t do appoints unless you are paying us and you didn’t your using your AHS so we don’t schedule appoints for you so you’ll have to just be there when we are available! I said seriously I need my fridge! She said yep that’s how we work! I hung up I don’t have time for rude customer service!!!! Never use them again!
Responded quickly with same day service and fixed our AC. Very affordable too!
Fast response fast fix but the parts were under $20 and the bill was $290 . I know a company has to make money to stay in business but I think its was a little steep.
Knowledge and professional.
I have 2 central units and both of my units have been replaced by this company and when I say they are truly amazing. They really are. I 100% would recommend them. They also have fixed my moms house and my mother in laws house and all three of us are happy customers. And on top of that the staff has the best customer service as well. 💜💜💜
The apartment complex we live at made the first contact attempt. Still, every interaction was pleasant and professional, and they put in every effort to get the AC up and running, which, in TX summer, was greatly appreciated! We will definitely remember this when we move to our own place.
If you’re on Lake Belton or Stillhouse Hollow, three cheap habits save most of the emergency calls we get: change the filter monthly from May to September (lake homes pull in more pollen and dust than city lots), hose the outdoor coil down from the inside out at the start of the season, and pour a cup of vinegar down the condensate line every few weeks to keep the algae out. If you’d rather we do it, a spring tune-up covers all three plus the refrigerant and electrical checks — ask when you call.

Regular hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For a no-cool emergency outside those hours, call and ask — tell us if anyone in the home is elderly, an infant or heat-sensitive confirm after-hours policy.
Morning calls are usually same day; otherwise next day. We run Belton and Temple together so there’s normally a truck in Bell County.
No separate travel charge — same flat diagnostic fee as Waco, credited toward the repair confirm.
Yes, and the rural properties around Lake Belton and Stillhouse Hollow.
Yes. A lot of ‘needs replacing’ diagnoses turn out to be a repairable leak or a dirty coil. We’ll tell you honestly either way.
Call for a same-day window, or request service online and we’ll call you right back.
