Ashley HaleY'all, On Point Service Company saved the day again! My A/C has been out. It just wasn't cooling. I emailed Tara yesterday afternoon and she sent a technician out this morning! Josh, the technician, was friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted a price and got right to work! He had to pull the A/C apart, clean it and put it back together and did it in 3 hours! The price I was quoted is what I paid. No extra fees or mystery charges! I will continue to used this local company!
